- 1x Gas LPG for cooking upon check-in
- 1x Aqua gallon drinking mineral water upon check-in

Exclusions:
- Electricity bills
- Personal consumption ( refill water gallon, refill LPG for cooking, tea/coffee/sugar, tissue, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, plastic bin, etc )

Refundable Security Deposit Bond: IDR 4.000.000,- will collect upon arrival
